Incentivization

Incentive is best translated as incentive or incentive.
In “business German”, incentive stands for measures or benefits that are intended to increase the motivation of employees.

A company has various ways of providing incentives in this context: For example, listed companies provide CEOs with blocks of shares. Optimally, this leads to improved job performance, as the CEO’s compensation increases equivalently to the company value.

But an incentive system is also profitable for medium-sized companies. Incentives in the form of bonuses can be created here.

Not only is higher productivity achieved, but also increased employee retention and satisfaction.
