Bosch commissions PRODATA with its international B2B customer loyalty system
PRODATA was commissioned by the Bosch Group with the conceptual design, development of the front-end, back-end, web and database systems, operation and further development.
The overall customer loyalty system was developed as a white-label, high-performance cluster platform, enabling an international rollout for many different brands and languages on one overall system. The rollout in the numerous countries has started since the beginning of 2015.
Essential aspects of security and performance were extensively considered in the design and implementation.
