    Develop incentive systems successfully.

INCENTIVE SYSTEME – Conception, Software + Fullservice

Retain your employees and position yourself as an attractive employer.

Incentive can most aptly be translated as incentive or incentive, but in a broader sense also as motivation, impulse or reward. In “business German”, incentive stands for measures, benefits or gifts that are intended to increase the motivation of employees.

The idea behind incentive systems is also employee retention and their loyalty to the company. Incentives can thus also contribute to strengthening the employer brand (keyword: employer branding).

Incentives play a particularly important role in the field sales force to motivate salespeople to close more deals. Incentives can also be used to reward and spur on particularly successful employees or even entire teams.

To be effective, however, they must be exceptions, not the rule. It is therefore crucial to find out about the advantages and disadvantages of the various employee incentive options in order to find an appropriate solution.

What do you want to achieve?

Possible goals for your incentive systems

  • Increase employee loyalty

  • Keep fluctuation low

  • Increase employee motivation

  • Increase productivity

  • Increase employee satisfaction

  • Employer branding leads to good external image

  • Reduce recruitment costs

  • Intensification of loyalty to your company

  • Working atmosphere is improved

  • Employees: show more willingness to perform

What makes an incentive program successful?

What condition you attach to the grant is critical to the success of your incentive program. At the beginning, clarify what goals you want to achieve with the incentive. However, this also means that some will enjoy the incentive in question. Others, however, do not.

Incentives that benefit the entire workforce equally will ensure satisfaction, but they will not spur your top employees on to top performance and may even demotivate them because they do not feel that their performance is sufficiently valued.

Realizable effects

By selecting the incentive, you control what other effects you achieve. An event as an incentive for a successful project team, for example, can further strengthen collaboration, networking and team cohesion. With appropriately selected restaurant vouchers, on the other hand, you contribute to the quality of life of individual team members.

  • Experience that your top performers won’t soon forget
  • Creating networks of relationships between service providers
  • Strengthening the bond with the company and additional commitment
  • Improve well-being, fitness and health
  • Increase general employee motivation through recognition

Incentive vouchers

The incentive voucher is one of the most popular forms of incentives. It is used less often as an up-front incentive to perform and serves its purpose more as a reward for special commitment and successes achieved. However, the expectation of the incentivized person to receive a voucher again in case of another outstanding performance still creates a valuable and usable incentive effect for the future.

Bottom line: if an incentive program is successful, it can contribute massively to your company’s business goals.

PRODATA accompanies you methodically experienced through the processes and takes over all essential tasks, as well as the setup and operation of all systems and processes in your sense. The steps to a successful incentive system are as follows:

Stage 1 - Strategy & Concept

At the beginning, we work together to develop a holistic strategy, which is then used to create a concept for an incentive system. It is determined which goals are to be achieved, e.g. employee motivation, increase in frequency, exclusive product sales, increase in turnover or increase in customer satisfaction.

Based on this, the benefit elements and services of the incentive system are determined. Likewise the target groups or the sub-target groups.

The goal of the concept is to successfully combine the wishes of your employees and your operational goals within one concept. Based on these cornerstones and requirements, we plan your incentive system professionally down to the last detail. The result is a finished concept template that contains all strategic, operational, communication and technical as well as the essential economic facts.
