KNV GmbH (Koch, Neff und Volkmar) is the interface between publishers and bookstores for book distribution in Germany.
PRODATA from Karlsruhe was commissioned by KNV GmbH with strategy and conception consulting. Their goal is to systematically demonstrate and expand innovative ways of communication and customer loyalty.
