FIAT Chrysler commissions PRODATA with the development of its Germany-wide customer loyalty system
PRODATA was commissioned by the automotive group FIAT Chrysler with the conception, creation and operation of the Germany-wide customer loyalty system. The extensive conception with elaborate market research analyses served an innovative concept for aftersales customers of FIAT Chrysler.
The customer loyalty system is expected to go live by the end of the year. The months of development of databases and front-end systems for customers and FIAT Chrysler itself, have a direct link to the Dealer Management System(DMS). PRODATA is holistically responsible for the operation and support of the customer loyalty system for FIAT Chrysler.
