Loyalty consulting.
Clear strategy.
Strong programmes.
Clarify your objectives
Where can your business create the greatest value?
Understand people
What motivates your customers, partners and sales teams?
Plan implementation
How can we turn this into a viable programme?
Loyalty begins with the
right decisions.
PRODATA combines loyalty consulting and programme design with in-house software development and operational delivery. We translate your growth, customer loyalty and sales objectives into a programme your audiences understand and your business can manage.
Your marketing, sales, IT and management teams gain a shared basis for decisions: who should adopt which behaviours? Which benefits motivate them? How will activities be verified, processes organised and results assessed?
What your programme concept should deliver
We start by exploring the options that best support your market development strategy. A robust concept connects participant benefits, commercial logic and workable processes. We develop these perspectives together and identify dependencies early. Before development begins, you can decide which requirements are essential for launch and which enhancements can add value later.
The agreed scope can range from a focused workshop to the complete design of an international programme. We define objectives, responsibilities and tangible deliverables at the outset.
Your next step.
Our starting point together.
Developing a new programme
You want to build customer loyalty, activate partners or support your sales teams. We structure the options and define a prioritised scope for launch.
Strengthening an existing programme
Participation, activity or redemption falls below expectations. We examine the value proposition, journey, mechanics, data and operations as a connected whole.
Think bigger
You are adding countries, brands or sales channels. We design a common core and clearly identify what needs to be adapted locally.
What we clarify together at the beginning
We discuss your business model, market position, audiences, existing programmes and the decisions you need to make. We review available customer and transaction data, previous communications, resources, systems and known obstacles. Not every question requires a large study. We choose the appropriate depth of analysis and distinguish established facts from assumptions that still need validation.
Motivate people.
Unlock market potential.
A loyalty programme can reward far more than repeat purchases. We design incentives for activities that support your market development strategy: building product knowledge, generating qualified contacts, introducing new product ranges or strengthening service relationships.
B2C: Relevance beyond purchase
For consumers, we consider purchase occasions, usage, service, returns and the connections between these moments. Benefits may include convenience, access, recognition, relevant information or rewards. Participation must be easy to understand and offer clear value. We select benefits around audience needs and commercial viability.
B2B: connect organisational goals with individual needs
In indirect sales, we distinguish manufacturers, wholesalers, specialist retailers, contractors and the people involved. Business objectives and individual motivation require appropriate roles, rules and access rights. Your sales team can support selected accounts while partners view their own activities and authorised contacts manage approvals.
Incentivizing sales and service
Sales representatives, advisers, channel partners and service teams can also participate in their own right. We design individual or team objectives that account for different starting conditions. Alongside qualifying sales, programmes can recognise training, product registrations or agreed service activities. This requires permissible objectives, reliable evidence and coordinated approvals from the companies involved.
Five steps.
One carefully designed loyalty concept.
Understanding
Understand your business, data and audiences.
Focus
Prioritise objectives and benefits.
Design
Develop mechanics, journey and benefits.
Check
Assess commercial viability and feasibility.
Enable
Set roadmap, responsibilities and start criteria.
These steps are interconnected. Data insights, participant feedback and technical assessment feed back into the design. You see interim results, understand the decisions and retain control over scope, priorities and investment.
Every detail follows
a common goal.
We connect the participant experience with the processes behind it. Your concept defines both compelling benefits and the rules, data and responsibilities needed to deliver them reliably.
Objectives, audiences and value proposition
We define concrete programme objectives and examine relevant segments, decision points and touchpoints. Existing data, discussions with specialist teams and agreed participant research help identify needs and barriers. The value proposition explains why joining and staying active is worthwhile. It must fit your brand and deliver on its promise in everyday use.
Mechanics, benefits and programme rules
We combine points, status, club benefits, challenges, referrals or hybrid models to fit your objectives. We define qualifying activities, credits, limits, approvals and redemption. Returns, cancellations, expiry, role changes and withdrawal are equally important. Clear rules reduce later enquiries and help identify unintended incentives early.
Journey, Activation and Communication
We plan the moments that matter: first contact, registration, initial activity and redemption. What does a participant need to know? Which barrier should be removed? Which prompt is relevant? The answers shape communication journeys, content and channel requirements. Reactivation and service are included from the outset.
Data, systems and practical AI opportunities
We clarify which data is needed, where it originates and which system is the source of truth. Planning includes CRM, ERP, e-commerce, point-of-sale and partner processes. We assess AI opportunities against specific tasks, available data and verifiable results, such as processing proof of purchase. Human review, approvals and responsibilities remain part of the design.
Operating model and collaboration
Business responsibilities, participant support, reward processes, reporting and change management all belong in the plan. Together, we define what your team will handle and what PRODATA will manage, including escalation paths, quality criteria and the service agreements your project requires. Privacy, legal and tax questions are coordinated with the responsible specialists.
Plan with clear assumptions.
Manage with real results.
A business case must show the conditions under which your programme is commercially viable. We assess expected incremental returns alongside benefit and reward costs, technology, communications, support and internal effort.
Activity is a leading indicator. Additional business success is the economic goal. We therefore distinguish registrations and redemptions from changes in repeat purchasing, customer development and contribution margin.
Transparent scenarios, not false certainty
We document participation, activity, redemption and costs as explicit assumptions. Conservative, central and ambitious scenarios show how sensitive the model is to individual variables. Existing purchases must not automatically count as incremental programme success. We also consider displacement effects, campaign costs and funding for outstanding benefits.
Measurement that supports decisions
We define baselines, metrics, data sources, measurement periods and accountable owners. Where suitable conditions exist, comparison groups or controlled tests help assess incremental impact. Regular reviews lead to practical decisions: refine the mechanics, focus the audience, change communications or expand a module. Forecasts do not guarantee future results.
Participant benefits
and enterprise value.
What additional development do we want to achieve?
What are the direct and internal costs?
How do we see what really works?
Globally coherent.
Locally relevant.
International programmes need a common vision and space for local differences. PRODATA plans with you which mechanics, data and quality standards apply centrally and which decisions the country organizations make.
Structure countries, brands and sales channels clearly
Languages, currencies, product ranges, benefits, partner structures and service requirements can differ. We incorporate these differences into roles, processes and rollout plans. Local reviews and responsibilities are planned explicitly; an international approach does not mean an identical programme in every country.
Pilot first, then scale with control
A clearly scoped pilot tests critical assumptions before a broader rollout. Together, we define participant groups, relevant exceptions and measurable acceptance criteria. We assess technical stability, participant understanding and operational practicality together. Expansion follows the findings and your approval.
A reliable foundation.
For your next decisions.
Strategy & programme design
Objectives, audiences, value proposition, mechanics, journey and business rules, clearly documented and aligned.
Business case & measurement framework
Transparent scenarios, cost categories, metrics and data requirements to support investment and management decisions.
Implementation plan & responsibility
Prioritised requirements, system and process models, responsibilities, milestones and criteria for piloting, acceptance and ongoing development.
From consulting to an actionable project
We agree deliverables to match your brief. A focused initial engagement may need a prioritised vision; a comprehensive programme requires detailed business and technical requirements. We record open decisions with owners and next steps, giving your teams, PRODATA and other project partners a shared foundation.
If you continue the implementation with us, we combine the concept with ProLoyalty, individual integrations, benefit management, communication and operational support. You decide which services belong together and where you use your own resources.
The right mechanics
start with your business.
Manufacturers with indirect sales channels. Wholesaler purchasing is only part of the picture. Success may depend on whether contractors know, use and repeatedly request your products.
This is what the concept could look like
We distinguish objectives for wholesalers, their sales teams and the contractors using the products. One starting point combines qualifying training with verified product purchases. Initial activation and repeat participation require different prompts. The manufacturer's sales team receives a clearly defined account-support model, while purchases, credits and exceptions are assigned transparently.
The key questions are: which activity genuinely develops the market? How is it evidenced? Who may be rewarded? How do we avoid duplicate rewards and conflicting objectives? The concept answers these questions before technical implementation.
Service providers with long-term customer relationships. There may be a long interval between contract decisions. The programme should deliver useful benefits throughout that relationship.
This is what the concept could look like
We identify relevant service moments and design benefits around how customers use the service. Clear onboarding, helpful information and relevant service offers can provide a starting point. Referrals or additional activities are incentivised only where evidence, objectives and approvals align. Communications reflect needs and contact preferences.
We measure more than logins or messages sent. We also examine usage, loyalty and commercial contribution over an appropriate period. Both examples illustrate possible approaches; they do not describe specific customer projects or promise results.
Clarity before you start.
Can we engage PRODATA for consulting alone?
Yes. The initial engagement can cover consulting and programme design only. We agree objectives, scope and tangible deliverables. You can then decide whether to add software, integration or operations.
Do you also advise on existing loyalty programmes?
Yes. We review your existing programme's objectives, audiences, mechanics, journey, data and operations, then develop prioritised improvements and an appropriate implementation plan.
Can a programme include customers, channel partners and sales representatives?
Yes. An overall concept can accommodate different participant groups, each with appropriate roles, objectives, benefits and access rights. Company-level and individual incentives are deliberately planned separately.
Can the programme also reward activities other than sales?
Yes. Measurable behaviours can become programme objectives, including training, product registrations and service activities. Together, we review their contribution to your goals, evidence requirements, rules and necessary approvals.
How do you take international requirements into account?
We design a shared programme core and define local options, such as languages, currencies, benefits, roles and service processes. Country-specific reviews and responsibilities are built into the project.
What information do you need to get started?
Your objectives, audience descriptions, existing programme information and an overview of systems and available data are helpful. In the initial consultation, we clarify what is actually needed for the next step.
How do you determine effort, costs and timescales?
These depend on the questions to address, available data, departments and countries involved, and agreed deliverables. Once the scope is defined, we provide a proposal with clear services and an agreed approach.
What happens after programme design?
The concept establishes priorities and the next implementation step. PRODATA can provide software, integration, reward management, communications and operations. A pilot with clear acceptance criteria can provide the foundation for rollout.
