Step 1

The analysis

In a first step, we analyze the already existing data, data processes and databases with regard to their structure and content. In addition, all workflow processes and interfaces are systematically recorded and assessed. The result of the analysis is a complete overview of all databases, data, data qualities, processes and interfaces.

Step 2

The conception

Based on the analysis results, we develop a detailed specification for your data warehouse. For example, we determine which tables and fields are required and which interfaces are served with which data and in which quality. We also optimize workflow processes to ensure efficient communication with all systems, interfaces and customers. Proposals for front-end and middleware software implementation and technical implementation are presented. We advise you comprehensively and of course take into account individual specifications and problems. Finally, we present the concept to you in technical specifications, which are then approved by you.

Step 3

The realization

Our experienced IT specialists program the data warehouse and all associated processes and interfaces based on the specifications from the requirements specification. Before data is transferred, all fields are checked for correctness, plausibility and completeness and, if necessary, cleaned up. It can often be useful to perform a semi-manual post-processing of the data according to the specifications, e.g. to ensure the correct merging of duplicates. If the data warehouse contains all the necessary information, an extensive test run ensures that all workflow processes work efficiently and all interfaces function reliably. After final acceptance by you, the data warehouse is available as a foundation for successful customer dialog.
