YOUR TASKS

Dealer support and active telephone support
Customer Support
Support requests in the ticket system, by telephone and by e-mail
Capture, review and edit incoming documents

YOUR PROFILE

Initial experience in support or as a customer service representative
Excellent knowledge of German
Structured, foresighted and careful way of working
You work independently but also see yourself as part of the team
