Die umfangreiche Konzeption mit aufw\u00e4ndigen Marktforschungsanalysen diente einem innovativen Konzept f\u00fcr Aftersales-Kunden von FIAT Chrysler.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Ende des Jahres wird das Kundenbindungssystem voraussichtlich in Betrieb genommen. Die monatelange Entwicklung von Datenbanken und Frontend Systemen f\u00fcr Kunden und FIAT Chrysler selbst, besitzen eine direkte Anbindung an das Dealer-Management-System(DMS).
