Bei dieser handelt es sich um einen begeisterten, hochemotionalisierten Kunden. Sobald dieser den Fan-Status erreicht, wird garantiert, dass Ihr Kunde eine h\u00f6here Empfehlungsrate aufweist und das Produkt nicht mehr rationalisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu den Fans stehen die Gefangenen. Diese sind an ein Unternehmen gezwungenerma\u00dfen gebunden, weil Ihnen regelrecht keine andere Wahl bleibt. S\u00f6ldner hingegen sind kaufbare Kunden. Zuletzt gibt es noch Sympathisanten, welche nur teilweise begeistert sind.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einem psychologisch ausgereiften Loyalty System, f\u00f6rdern, belohnen und begeistern Sie Ihre Kunden.
