The extensive conception with elaborate market research analyses served an innovative concept for aftersales customers of FIAT Chrysler.<\/p>\n<p>The customer loyalty system is expected to go live by the end of the year. The months of development of databases and front-end systems for customers and FIAT Chrysler itself, have a direct link to the Dealer Management System(DMS).
